Vol. 9 No. 2 (2025): Migration and Immigration
Migration and Immigration

Under globalization, people are on the move, migrating from one place to another in search of basic livelihoods, better conditions, and freedom from war.  At the same time, large and powerful nations are closing their borders and promoting nationalist agendas, stirring up resentment and even hate.  Christians are enjoined to love the stranger in their midst by multiple biblical injunctions.  Yet our churches are struggling to negotiate the path forward in a highly politicized environment.  This issue contains articles exploring migration and immigration especially as they relate to Christian churches attempting to welcome the stranger.
